We’re sorry to hear that your Bundle did not work out for you! 

At RIICHFIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date. To make a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below.

Eligibility

- We accept returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories only within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without these!

- Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

- Returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process once we receive them in our warehouse.

Final Sale Items

- Please note that items purchased during our Pre-Order/Black Friday Sale and any Marked down items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items

- If you receive a product you believe is damaged, please email us at riichfit@outlook.com with the subject line "Support" as soon as possible.

- Include multiple photos of the damage and your order number.

- Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Claims beyond the 7 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.

Refunds & Exchanges

- Exchanges can only be made for alternate sizes or damaged items. The new product must be the identical item and color.

- We may refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our return or exchange criteria.

- If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please email riichfit@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) being returned or exchanged.

- All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without these!

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

- We do not allow returns or exchanges for tank tops, socks, or boxer briefs due to hygienic reasons.
